Central Park NAZ session
(25 × 200m @ 10K, 200m easy)

Was supposed to be 20×1 min, but the Zwift workout wasn’t set up quite right and was doing ~200m intervals, so I added 5 extra reps to make overall times about the same. Quite liked doing it on the treadmill, it made sure I didn’t take any rest breaks as I’m often tempted to outside! Heart rate strap very wonky, much of it is nonsense.
