Nutrition rehearsal

2 bagels with jam two hours before. 500 ml Maurten 320 drink just before. Maurten Gel 100 every 20-25 minutes. Stomach felt fine throughout, although I did have to stop for some water, as the Maurten Gels are very thick. Makes them easier to consume while running though, so Iā€™m a fan 👍
