Indoor Trainer

Purchased a nice big fan, which makes life a lot easier!

Got the resistance control working this time – very neat hitting a hill in the game and feeling the difficulty ramp up, or drafting behind someone and feeling it get a bit easier.

Got myself a Tacx Vortex Smart trainer so I can put in some cycling workouts without having to worry about British winter weather! I also figure if I pick up any injuries I’m less likely to do something stupid if I have an alternative exercise ready and waiting.

Zwift seems cool, but definitely need a fan as cycling is hot work without a breeze!
