What a load of shite. Felt good to begin with, but probably spent too much energy fighting the wind. Battled a stitch from about mile three onwards. Had nothing in the legs for the second half when the wind was behind. Barely faster than long run pace! Suspect I wasn’t fully recovered from Monday. One to forget, but can’t have a good one every race I guess 🤷♂️
