The toe actually felt better at LT than easy running! Pleased to have managed the session as I wasn’t sure what it’d feel like at pace. The toe itself is pretty painless now, but the area around the nail is uncomfortable when there is any pressure on it. Annoyingly I’ve developed a blister on the outer edge of my midfoot, presumably I’m leaning slightly more on it without realising to avoid the toe.
