Phew, marathon training in the summer is hard work with all these early starts! Pleased with the pace/effort today, bang-on 3:05 marathon pace, faster than the 10 mile effort two weeks ago, and with a slightly lower average HR. Now to refuel the best way possible – BBQ and beer! 😀
