Wow did not expect that! I thought the legs would be pretty tired after yesterday, but they felt great. I had forgotten to switch my watch back from KMs to miles, so wasn’t 100% sure how fast I was going and just ran by feel. Very surprised to see the average is 7:05/mi, as the effort was very comfortable the whole time.
