Week three day two of C25K

Struggled with my ankle on this run after landing on it funny when walking down the stairs of a tube station, which meant I ran slower than I have done previously. However I battled through it, and did two extra running periods after the warm down so my overall pace was about as fast as previous runs. Might have to take an extra day or two off through to allow the ankle to get better before I do the next session.
