Pleased to have kept the pace decent at the end of a heavy week, and just two days after a big tempo session. Tough last few miles heading up the hills with the wind against me! Strava counting 0.4 miles higher than Garmin… no obvious GPS track issues so I’ll take the higher pace of Strava!?
