Recovery to stretch the calves

Was supposed to do 10 mi with strides today, but my calves are still quite tight from swimming yesterday so I decided a shorter basic recovery run might be best. Legs felt fine when running, although HR seems a tad high, might be because of the reduced mileage this week I suppose.
