Treated myself to a birthday track session
(2800m, 3 × 1600m @ ~LT)

Original plan was 3x2800m, I was pleased with the first rep but struggled a bit on the second and gave in at 1600m in a moment of weakness. Did another two and managed to maintain pace, so overall only two laps shy of the original planned effort. Kind of wish I’d pushed on during that second rep but still a decent enough session I guess.
