BAC session (10 × 5 mins @ MP → 10K) 🥵

Aim was to start at MP and gradually build to something like 10K pace. Pleased with the first six (I swear that second one said 6:12 when I looked! 😭) Hit a ceiling for the last four, the humidity was definitely starting to get to me and it became a bit of a mental battle to keep going. Pleased I pushed on and completed it though, and a decent workout given the conditions. Legs felt fried at the end, the promise of a milkshake was the only thing that kept me going! 😋🤣
