Chilly! 🥶 MP section felt pretty good, legs turned over nicely. 2 minute reps were a bit more of a struggle. Breathing felt tight with the cold air, and legs a bit flat – probably still have Sunday’s 10K in them. Nearly bailed after six but pushed on, and I’m glad I did as the final two were decent 👍
