Pleased with the pace after my rubbish session on Wednesday. It was frosty and a little breezy on the home straight, but nice and consistent on the first 4 reps. I fumbled the lap button on the 5th so that should be a second or two shorter. Lost concentration a bit on the final lap as some other runners were waking in the inside lanes, but nonetheless happy overall with the session especially after a generally poor week.
