Something fairly light, originally intended for creaky post-Wokingham legs. Pace nothing special, but not too bad considering I’m a bit rusty after the week out. Most importantly, glute felt fine. Was supposed to be six, but had to skip the last one due to an increasingly urgent call of nature.
