Tempo/steady/tempo long run
(4 mi tempo, 10 mi steady, 4 mi tempo) 😅

Phew, big week! Happy with the first tempo section and overall pace of the run. The pace on the second tempo was a bit disappointing, just could not get the legs moving faster. In the context of my first 120+ mile week and the big session on Wednesday though, I’m happy enough. This was a key week and it went as well as I could have hoped.
