Kept things nice and controlled, wasn’t pushing as hard as I normally would on a track session. I just wanted to keep the legs alive and ensure I don’t come in to the GSR feeling flat. Pleased with how I eased in to the session and got faster as I progressed. Bit humid and windy today so not the best conditions.
