Training for sub 2:45 at Berlin Marathon // Week 10 // 14 miles around a track, and a 122 mile week

The miles keep racking up with a 122 mile week, including a 20 x 1K session on the track, and a long run featuring 2 x 4 mile tempo. Just two big week to go until taper now!
