Aim was MP for the first rep, descending to 5K pace. Ran at 15.4, 15.9, 16.4, 16.9 and 17.5 kph, or 6:16, 6:04, 5:53, 5:42, 5:31 per mile on the treadmill. Footpod felt otherwise, but it’s not calibrated so no idea how accurate it is. A good workout whatever the actual paces were though, and good mental practice!
