Managed a parkrun in February, despite the Severn’s best efforts!

Slowly getting the riverside back

Hamstring finally seems mostly ok, so trying to gradually ease back in to my usual routine 🤞

Rescued another swan that had landed on the bridge, and seemed determined to get run over 😅

So sick of this miserable weather 😩
