Wasn’t looking forward to this, as I currently feel like I’ve lost a big chunk of fitness. However I was pleasantly surprised by the speed I held on the âfastâ sections. Presumably shows the speedy track sessions are working. The âsteadyâ sections were a bit slow but overall the session went better than I expected it to, so happy enough.
