Change-of-pace tempo (4 min, 5×2 min @ sub-LT, 4 min “steady” recovery)

Wasn’t looking forward to this, as I currently feel like I’ve lost a big chunk of fitness. However I was pleasantly surprised by the speed I held on the “fast” sections. Presumably shows the speedy track sessions are working. The “steady” sections were a bit slow but overall the session went better than I expected it to, so happy enough.
