Training for sub 2:45 at Berlin Marathon // Week 12 // Back on track with a 116 mile week

After a trip last week which took me out for the weekend, I thankfully get back on the road. A 10 x 1 mile session, and a half marathon ran at marathon pace, make for a busy 116 mile week!
