Twenty two miles!
Another positive long run, and another longest ever run in my biggest mileage week ever. Legs felt pretty beat up towards towards the end but I still felt like I could go on.

Windy recovery run
Poor tempo attempt
(3 mi @ ~7:28 pace)
Cold weather, tired legs and no breakfast all conspired to make this tough work. I try not to do tempo runs in the morning, but didn’t have any choice today. Should have been six miles, but felt spent at three so dropped the pace back.

Very cold recovery run in to the wind
Midweek medium-long run
Designed a slightly flatter route which takes about 100ft of climbing off the route, which makes life a bit easier. Felt good today, although legs are tired the pace came easier for the effort than it has been.
