ITB felt good, just a vague nagging towards the end. HRM was wonky, probably due to the rain and cold.[…]

Bit of discomfort towards the end so cut short at nine to be safe. Slowly getting there though I think[…]

ITB much happier today 👍

Still some discomfort at the top of the ITB towards the end of the run 👎

Glute felt ok. Faint feeling of tightness afterwards, but could just be as I’m hyper-aware of it at the moment.

Quad is ok now, but glute issue has reappeared. Feels ok now so hopefully haven’t done any damage, but something[…]

Now I have some kind of pain at the top of my quad. Fucking hell! 🤬
